After three years of bringing together some of the sharpest minds in thought leadership, we’re thrilled to announce that Thought Leadership for Tomorrow (TLFT) 2026 is returning to New York City. And this time, we’re doubling down on what’s always made this event special: candid conversations between the individuals who lead thought leadership at their organizations.
TLFT will take place at the Harvard Club of New York City on June 4th. We chose this space deliberately, as it strikes the right balance between professional focus, refined elegance, and genuine comfort, creating an environment where serious conversations can flourish.
Peer learning over keynotes
If you were at TLFT 2025, you know what we mean. Over 100 senior professionals from Google, Morgan Stanley, LinkedIn, IBM, McKinsey, Deloitte, and Salesforce showed up not to present at each other, but to think together.
People valued the peer connections and practical insights more than anything else. One senior content leader told us the event revealed “how much more there is to learn about thought leadership,” and that “creating a community of thought leader experts is really admirable and valuable.”
That community focus is at the heart of TLFT. The event creates space for guests to think more clearly about the role thought leadership plays in reputation, growth, and influence.
The question has shifted from ‘how much?’ to ‘what impact?’
2026 is a different game. The old playbook of publishing more, louder, and faster isn’t cutting it anymore. Boards want proof of impact, and buying committees are questioning every claim. All whilst AI has raised the bar for quality and completely obliterated patience for noise.
Publishing as much content as possible is no longer the goal. Teams are choosing value over volume, and rightly so.
TLFT 2026 is where harder questions get asked. It’s where senior leaders—Chief Strategy Officers, VPs of Thought Leadership, Directors of Research, Executive Editors—come together to debate, challenge, and pressure-test the strategies that are shaping thought leadership as a business discipline. Not in keynote form. In real conversation.
We’re protecting the conversation
Like always, we’re keeping it intimate, but even more so in 2026. Despite four years of growth, we’ve deliberately preserved the small scale that makes TLFT work. With 90% of attendees at director level and above, every conversation matters. You’re not navigating a crowd of thousands hoping to find your people. Your people are in the room.
We’re bringing back the TLFT Awards too—now in its second year. Seven categories that reflect what thought leadership does when it works: drive revenue, build relationships, strengthen reputation, and create real-world impact.
Returning as Head Judge is Ty Heath, Global Director of Thought Leadership GTM at LinkedIn. Ty is one of the most respected voices in B2B marketing and thought leadership, and her continued involvement speaks to the credibility these awards carry in the industry.
The 2026 agenda: addressing AI, measurement, and credibility
The agenda this year tackles what’s keeping thought leaders up at night.
How do we adapt to AI without losing what makes thought leadership valuable? How do we prove ROI when measurement standards are all over the place? How do we build credibility in an environment where trust is harder to earn than ever?
“The most valuable progress in thought leadership does not happen in isolation. It happens when experienced leaders come together, share perspective, and challenge one another. TLFT was built as a community, not a conference. It creates the space for senior leaders to think more clearly about the role thought leadership plays in reputation, growth, and long-term influence.”

Register your interest to attend
TLFT 2026 is invite-only this year, and we’re focusing on bringing together a carefully selected group of senior decision-makers from financial services, technology, and professional services—the sectors where thought leadership directly impacts market positioning, client relationships, and revenue growth.
If this sounds like where you need to be, register your interest to attend here. We’re keeping the room small for a reason. Every seat counts.
See you in New York.
