Overview
We are hiring a Lead Generation Associate to support our B2B sales and growth engine. The role focuses on identifying, validating, and nurturing high‑quality leads through outbound and inbound activities, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls/emails to identify and qualify potential leads (MQLs/SQLs/BANT). Research and identify target companies and decision‑makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites, and industry databases.
• Ask targeted qualifying/custom questions to assess prospect fit and intent and maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions in the CRM. Build and maintain accurate lead lists with key fields (company, title, email, phone, industry, NAICS, etc.)
• Stay updated on product/service knowledge to effectively address prospect queries.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, connects, and qualified leads. Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and productivity metrics. Track personal KPIs (calls/day, meetings set, conversion rates) and participate in regular performance reviews.
• Follow QA and compliance guidelines (e.g., email verification, opt‑out handling, data privacy norms).

Requirements
• Prior experience: 3-5 years in lead generation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). Strong ability to build rapport quickly over calls
• Good internet research skills and ability to quickly understand industries, roles, and company structures.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas) and comfort with CRM tools.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email finders/verifiers (e.g., Zero bounce), and dialers is advantageous.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a structured, metric‑driven environment.
